Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time.

What we store

• Your account details (name, e-mail, phone) and workspace settings.
• WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs and the access token you granted through Facebook / Embedded Signup (stored encrypted).
• Messages, contacts, templates, orders and leads that your workspace created or received.

How to request deletion

1. Disconnect Facebook access: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select our app and click Remove. Our access to your WhatsApp Business Account stops immediately and we receive a notification.
2. Delete your data: e-mail sales@alphatechplus.com from your account e-mail with the subject “Data deletion request” and your workspace name, or open a ticket in Help & support inside the app.

We confirm the request within 2 working days and delete your workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example GST invoices). You will receive a confirmation e-mail when deletion is complete.
