Messaging policy
PingEngine · AlphaTechPlus · Last updated 30 October 2026
This policy applies to everyone who sends messages, posts or ads through PingEngine. It supports our Terms of service. It is based on, and does not replace, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta's Advertising Standards and Google's Ads and Business Profile policies. If those change, the newer rule applies.
1. Permission (opt-in)
- Send a business-initiated message only to people who gave you their phone number and agreed to receive messages from you on WhatsApp for that purpose.
- Say clearly what they will receive and who it is from when you collect the opt-in. Keep a record of when and how they agreed; the Service stores the source and time.
- Do not buy, rent or scrape phone numbers.
2. Opt-out
- Make it easy to stop messages. The Service treats STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and similar words as opt-outs and also follows Meta's "Stop marketing" button.
- Do not message anyone who opted out, and do not ask them to re-subscribe.
3. Templates and content
- Use the right category for each template (marketing, utility, authentication) and give truthful examples. Do not use utility templates for promotions.
- Be honest about who you are and what you offer. No misleading claims, fake urgency, impersonation or phishing.
- Send the replies customers expect. Do not send messages that are unrelated to the reason they contacted you.
4. Prohibited content and businesses
Do not use the Service for anything illegal or that WhatsApp, Meta or Google prohibit, including: illegal goods or services; drugs, tobacco and vaping products; alcohol sales where not permitted; weapons and explosives; adult content and sexual services; gambling and real-money games where not licensed; payday or predatory lending; multi-level-marketing and get-rich-quick schemes; counterfeit goods; hate speech, harassment, threats or violence; content that exploits or endangers children; personal data of others without consent; malware; and political or election messages that break the law.
5. Quality
Customer blocks and reports lower your WhatsApp quality rating and messaging limit, and can lead to restrictions from Meta. Send relevant messages at a sensible pace, start with engaged contacts, and use the Service's pause and estimate tools. Do not try to get around limits by using many numbers.
6. Social posts and ads
- Post and advertise only content you have the right to use. Respect copyright, trademarks and people's privacy.
- Follow each network's rules on special categories (health, finance, housing, employment, politics) and on targeting.
- Ads created by the Service start paused. You decide when to switch them on and what to spend.
7. AI
Use AI features to help your customers about your own business. Do not use them to deceive people, send content that breaks this policy, or offer a general-purpose chatbot to the public over WhatsApp. Offer a way to reach a person.
8. Enforcement
We may pause a campaign, limit features, suspend a workspace or end an account without refund if this policy is broken, if Meta or Google ask us to, or to protect other customers. Where we can, we tell you what went wrong first. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
9. Reporting abuse
If you received messages from a business using PingEngine that you did not want, e-mail sales@gopingengine.com with the number and a screenshot, or block and report the chat in WhatsApp. AlphaTechPlus, Gujarat, India.
