Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for PingEngine. It is part of our Terms of service. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.

1. Free trial

Where we offer a free trial you can use the plan without paying until the trial ends. You are not charged if you cancel before it ends.

2. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing & plan. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund the remaining days of a monthly or yearly period that has started, except as set out below.

3. When we refund

• Double or wrong charge: if you were charged twice or the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.
• First payment: if you buy a plan for the first time and tell us within 7 days of the payment that it does not work for you, and you have not sent more than a small number of messages with it, we refund the plan fee.
• Service failure: if the Service is unavailable for a long period that we caused, we credit or refund the affected period.
• Where the law requires.

4. What we do not refund

• Charges made by Meta, Google or other platforms (WhatsApp conversation or message fees, ad spend). They are billed by those platforms to your own account, or deducted from your wallet at the rates shown before sending.
• Messages already sent from your wallet, and wallet bonus credits.
• One-time setup fees for numbers or services that were already delivered, and payment gateway fees.
• Accounts suspended for breach of our Messaging policy.

5. Wallet balance

An unused wallet balance you topped up with your own money can be refunded to the original payment method when you close your account, less any amount you owe and the payment gateway's fee, if you ask us within 30 days of closing. Bonus credits are not refundable.

6. How to ask

E-mail sales@gopingengine.com or open a ticket in Help & support with your workspace name and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach you in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
